Finds out who is ready to buy

Qualifier Agent

Asks the questions that matter (need, budget, timing) and scores each lead so the business spends its time on the people who are ready.

Qualifier Agent

The problem it takes off your plate

Your time goes to people who were never going to buy.

What it does

Handles

  • 01Intent detection
  • 02Qualifying questions
  • 03Need, budget, timing
  • 04Fit scoring
  • 05CRM update
  • 06Routing to the next step

How it works

What it does, in order

  1. 01

It picks up where the Receptionist stopped

The Qualifier receives the conversation with the lead's name, the question and the language already captured, so its first message continues the thread instead of starting over.

  2. 02

It asks about need, budget and timing

Not a form: questions asked one at a time, in the customer's words, about what they need, roughly what they expect to spend and by when. It stops asking once it knows enough.

  3. 03

    It scores the fit

It compares the answers with the criteria you gave it for a good customer and for an urgent one, and records the lead with a score and the reasons for it.

  4. 04

    It routes the lead

A lead that is ready goes to the Booker or straight to the person you named. One that is only curious gets its answers and stays on file. The CRM is updated either way.

What you decide

What your business sets

What a good lead looks like
The services you want more of, the service area you cover, the budget range that makes the work worthwhile. The agent scores against your definition, not a generic one.
What counts as urgent
The signals that move a lead to the front of the line, and the person who should hear about it first.
Who gets the hot ones
Which leads go to a person right away and which go to the Booker. You can change the rule without changing the agent.

Who it works with

Who hands it work, and who it hands work to

The Qualifier sits between the Receptionist, which hands it every conversation that is going somewhere, and the Booker, which receives the ones that are ready. Leads that are not ready yet are not lost: they stay in the CRM for the Retainer and the Reactivator to pick up at the right moment.

The limits

What it does not do

  • It does not turn a conversation into an interrogation: it asks only what your criteria need, and it says why when a customer wonders.
  • It does not decide pricing. It collects the information a quote depends on and passes it to the person or the range you approved.
  • It does not make the final decision on a borderline lead. It records the score and the reasons and leaves the judgment to your team.

Questions

What businesses ask before they trust it

How does it decide who is ready to buy?

By the criteria you set: need, budget and timing, plus anything specific to your business. It scores each lead against them and writes down why, so your team can disagree with a score and see exactly what it was based on.

Does it replace my sales team?

No. It decides who your team should talk to first. The conversations where a person makes the difference stay with your people.

Where do the qualified leads end up?

In your CRM, with the score, the answers and the conversation attached, and with the Booker when the next step is an appointment.

The rest of the system

One system. Each agent hands the next everything it already knows.

Agents are components; systems are what you run. This one is not sold on its own — it comes inside Conversion System, with the rest of its team.
