Conversion System

Brings back the ones who went quiet

Reactivator Agent

Works the list nobody has time for: leads that stopped replying, appointments that never happened, customers who haven't returned. Reaches out with the right message at the right moment.

Reactivator Agent

The problem it takes off your plate

Leads and customers who went quiet stay quiet.

What it does

Handles

  • 01Dormant leads
  • 02Unanswered conversations
  • 03Inactive customers
  • 04Win-back sequences
  • 05Timed outreach
  • 06Second chances

How it works

What it does, in order

  1. 01

    It finds the quiet ones

The Reactivator builds its list from what the system already holds: leads that stopped replying, conversations nobody answered, appointments that never happened and customers who have not been back.

  2. 02

    It chooses who and when

Not everyone gets a message and not everyone gets it at once. It decides who to contact and when, one conversation at a time, inside the permission rules you set.

  3. 03

    It writes the right message

Each message refers to what the person had actually shown interest in, in their language, as a reason to come back rather than a generic blast.

  4. 04

It gives a second chance and stops

If the person answers, the conversation goes to the Booker or to your team. If they do not, the sequence ends. If they ask not to be contacted, they are not contacted again.

What you decide

What your business sets

How long counts as quiet
The point at which a lead or a customer enters the list, which is different for a salon that is seen every month and a service that is bought once a year.
How many attempts
How many messages a sequence sends and how far apart, so the follow-up is persistent without being a nuisance.
What the offer is
What is on the table for someone who comes back, inside the ranges you approve.

Who it works with

Who hands it work, and who it hands work to

The Reactivator works the list the other agents leave behind: leads the Qualifier did not close, no-shows from the Booker and customers who stopped responding to the Retainer. When someone comes back, the Booker takes them from there.

Where it sits in the cycle

How the workforce works

Retain

The Retainer keeps customers coming back. The Reactivator brings back the ones who went quiet.

The limits

What it does not do

  • It contacts only people who have agreed to hear from you. Reactivation is sent where consent exists, and an opt-out is honored immediately.
  • It does not send the same message to everyone or keep going until someone gives in. A sequence has an end.
  • It does not invent urgency: no false deadlines and no scarcity that is not real.

Questions

What businesses ask before they trust it

Who counts as a dormant lead?

Anyone who asked, got an answer and never came back, plus conversations that went unanswered, appointments that never happened and customers who have not returned in the time you define.

Is it just a mass message?

No. Each message is tied to what that person was interested in and goes out at a timed moment, one person at a time. It is closer to the follow-up an attentive employee would send than to a broadcast.

What if someone asks us to stop?

The agent records it and the person is not contacted again. It is part of the permission rules that govern every message it sends.

The rest of the system

One system. Each agent hands the next everything it already knows.

Agents are components; systems are what you run. This one is not sold on its own — it comes inside Conversion System, with the rest of its team.
