Data Deletion

From Facebook or Instagram

If you talked on Messenger or Instagram to a business that uses BZ Agentic, or you connected your Page or account to our platform, remove the BZ Agentic Solutions app under Facebook, Settings, Business integrations, or Instagram, Apps and websites, and choose the option to delete your data.

Meta notifies us automatically. We disconnect your account from our platform, delete the access token we stored and give you a confirmation code with a link to see the status of your request, in the form https://app.bzagenticsolutions.com/datos/estado/ followed by your code.

By email

Write to soporte@bzmode.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include the phone number you wrote from, or the name of the Messenger or Instagram Page or account you talked to, and the business name if you remember it. Say whether you want a full deletion or only one conversation.

We verify that the request comes from the person it concerns. We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.

What is deleted and what is not

We delete the content of your messages and comments on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, your number or identifier, your profile name, the data you left in an ad form and the logs of what the assistant did with your data. Backups disappear within 90 days at most.

We cannot delete what the law requires us to keep (billing, and the record of consents and opt-outs, 5 years), data copied into your own tools, or the copy Meta keeps on its own: that is requested from Meta.

If you talked to a business

The data in that conversation belongs to the business you talked to, and we only process it on its behalf. You can still write to us: we pass your request to that business and delete whatever is on our side. More detail in the privacy policy.
